The Touchpoint Package

What’s included in this package?

  • Initial session (90 minutes) aimed at getting to know each other, assess risk/protective factors, and provide education and resources on emotional wellness in the perinatal period.

  • Postpartum Planning Session (60 minutes) to develop your individualized postpartum wellness plan and discuss signs/symptoms of postpartum mood & anxiety disorders as well as when to reach out. *I recommend that this is a joint session with you & your partner/primary support person.

  • Postpartum Check-In (30 minutes) We’ll meet within the first 2 weeks postpartum (baby and PJ’s are welcome!) to touch base and for me to assess for any possible perinatal mood and anxiety disorders as well as offer additional resources and adjustments to your Postpartum Wellness Plan, if needed.

  • As-Needed Touchpoint Session (60-minutes) This is for you to use within the first year postpartum whenever you notice you’d like some extra support. Whether it’s your transition back to work or navigating boundaries with extended family, just reach out and I’ll get you scheduled within 48 business hours.

  • A copy of “Good Moms Have Scary Thoughts” by Karen Kleiman and a few other resources/goodies to support you during this time!

  • If you would like to extend our work together past the 4th and final session of the Perinatal Touchpoint Package, we can discuss this transition to longer-term clinical support at that time.

Bringing a new baby into the world is a deeply transformative experience, and at times, it can feel incredibly overwhelming.

The Touchpoint Package is designed to help you prepare emotionally for this journey, supporting you through the complexities and joys of early motherhood. In sessions, you will work with me, a certified perinatal mental health provider (PMH-C), to:

This packages provides a safe and supportive space to build resilience and maintain emotional wellness. Through education as well as ongoing screening and assessment, I will serve as a touchpoint to reduce the risk of developing perinatal mood and anxiety disorders.
